So, more than ever at the moment, I need to slow myself down and stop to appreciate and celebrate the goodness that is in my life. Its no secret that my husband and I are currently in the middle of a nasty legal battle with two of the most shady characters that we have had the misfortune to meet and it sure is taking a toll but, in order to remain positive and hopeful and to look at the bright side, I make an effort EVERY day to soak in some universal goodness!
GRATITUDE is an ATTITUDE!!!!
Gratitude, if practised properly and continually, rewards you with so much. Gratitude weeds out the negativity that we sometimes collide with. Gratitude is an aura that you have, its something that others want (but they dont know what it is...). Gratitude is integral to appreciating the little moments in life. Often these moments are free and unexpected and too often they go un-noticed.
I am now the PROUD host of 'THANKFUL THURSDAY' and I want YOU to join with me once a week and share ONE thing that you are thankful for...
This can be shared as a photo, a story, a moment..... anyway you like. The goal here is that YOU begin the practise of BEING GRATEFUL. Thats all.
Once you develop the ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE you will become a much happier, appreciative person who has the ability in life to see what is around you, not just in front of you.
